Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Operator and scope

Quiero Tener is a digital classifieds platform operated by Corporación Lutz S.R.L., RNC RNC: 1-32-95621-4, located at Av. 27 de Febrero 265 / 10202 Santo Domingo. Contact: office@quierotener.com. These terms govern registration, access to and use of http://localhost/quierotener.com.

2. Platform role

Quiero Tener enables individuals and businesses to publish, search and contact each other about permitted goods, services, jobs, rentals and other listings. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Quiero Tener is not a party to agreements between users, does not own listed items and does not guarantee identity, solvency, quality, legality, availability or accuracy of any offer.

3. Registration and accounts

Users must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information, keep it current and protect their credentials. One account is allowed per email address. Business accounts must provide the tax and registry information required by the platform and applicable law.

4. Listings

The publisher is responsible for content, price, images, intellectual-property rights, permits, taxes and legal compliance. Listings must describe the offer clearly and truthfully and remain in their original language. Limits on quantity, images, duration and visibility are those displayed on the platform or in the subscribed plan.

5. Prohibited content

Illegal, fraudulent, misleading, discriminatory, threatening or exploitative content is prohibited, as are infringements of third-party rights and regulated or prohibited goods or services offered without authorization. Malware, impersonation, unauthorized automated collection, spam and manipulation of results are also prohibited.

6. Moderation

Quiero Tener may review, reject, hide, suspend or remove listings and accounts when there are signs of a violation, user risk, a legal request or a need to protect the platform. Moderation does not replace the publisher's responsibility and approval is not a guarantee of content.

7. User contact and safety

Negotiations are the responsibility of the parties. Before payment or delivery, users should verify identity, ownership, condition, service terms and documentation. Passwords, verification codes and funds must not be shared through unsafe methods. Phone, email and WhatsApp features may only be used for the purpose of the listing.

8. Plans and payments

Free and paid features, prices, taxes, duration and renewal terms will be shown before purchase. No charge is made without a corresponding purchase action. Payments between buyers and sellers are not collected or guaranteed by Quiero Tener unless a specific feature expressly states otherwise.

9. Intellectual property

The platform, design, software, brand and original content belong to Corporación Lutz S.R.L. or its licensors. Users retain rights in their content and grant Quiero Tener a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license limited to hosting, technically adapting, displaying and promoting that content for operation of the listing and platform.

10. Availability and liability

Quiero Tener aims to provide a secure and available service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, it is not liable for agreements between users, third-party content, third-party fraud, unavoidable outages or use contrary to these terms. Mandatory consumer rights and liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

11. Suspension and termination

Users may stop using the service and request account closure. Quiero Tener may restrict or terminate access for violations, fraud, risk, prolonged inactivity, official requests or discontinuation of the service. Evidence and records required by law may be retained for the applicable period.

12. Changes and governing law

New versions will be published with an effective date. Material changes require renewed acceptance before protected features can be used. These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Translations are provided for convenience; the Spanish version prevails in case of conflict, without limiting mandatory rights.
